With dining choice located all over its premises in abundance, the year two thousand an nine has been known to be the official year of the festival, "Food & Wine Year."
Attracting a lot more dining enthusiasts would be the ultimate goal and the course of action would simply be to promote the event in such a way that many would in interested in the venture.
Hong Kong has already become one of the world's largest wine markets that there is, second only to the European country of France.
